This book is incredibly helpful! I have been overwhelmed in trying to put together 72 hour kits, and this book was the best help I could find. It is short and succinct, and offers a variety of options in putting together your kits. They have plans for singles, couples, and families. It also includes a lot of information about emergency plans and what to do in the event of several different emergency situations.
