"Love, Lucy" by Lucille Ball

Lucille Ball's autobiography (Adult Non-Fiction 927.9145 Ball) is just incredible! It details her life, from her upbringing, to her days starting out as an actress. My favorite parts were Lucy's stories about her famously tumultuous relationship with Desi Arnaz. I also loved reading about Hollywood in the mid-twentieth century. Lucy was friends with some very famous and hardworking actors and actresses. The Hollywood of Lucy's time is not even close to the one that we know of today. There are countless hysterical and sad anecdotes. Lucille Ball lead an incredible life and I'm glad she wrote her memoirs. Check it out!
