"I Know This Much is True," by Wally Lamb, is a rich, complex read. It is about twins named Domenick and Thomas Birdsey, and how their lives intertwine. Thomas is schizophrenic, and Domenick is not. The book contains profanity and adult material, and is definitely not for the faint of heart. It is, however, an incredibly written story about psychology and the connection of these twins throughout their lives.
